Riverside Condominium

Richmond Primoid completed the exterior cleaning, concrete repair and exterior coating of Riverside Condominium in Tappahannock, Virginia in 2008. The exterior walls are stucco applied over concrete. Deteriorated stucco was removed, and spalling concrete behind the stucco was identified. Industry standard preparation details were followed and rust inhibitors applied to steel. High performa3ce Sika patching materials were used to repair the concrete, and then the stucco finish was replaced. Finally the entire building was coated with Neogard Elastomeric Wall Coating. Led by foreman Wesley Coston, repairs were made with minimum inconvenience to the owners.
