Furthermore, using the proper sealant will not affect the appearance of your building as we use clear water sealants, such as silane and siloxane, which have proven among the most effective water repellents on masonry.
In order to obtain the best possible results, we highly recommend that the building requiring treatment be power washed prior to application of the sealant so as to remove surface dirt and promote better penetration of the water repellent. By taking this step first, the outer façade of the building will be improved, giving it an overall cleaner appearance. Such action will act almost as a ‘facelift’ for your building, improving its look with the added benefit of protecting it from potentially harmful water leakages in the future.
