Richmond Primoid has had years of experience in carrying out concrete repairs for sports facilities. Some of our past projects illustrate our expertise and fine workmanship. For example, over the course of five years and three separate phases, Richmond Primoid has removed every seat in Scott Stadium at the University of Virginia. The first two phases involved the significant removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete caused by years of water penetration that seeped in through cracks and joints. Once the repairs were completed, Richmond Primoid applied a new sealant in the existing joints and between precast seats. Non functioning expansion joints were removed and replaced with Emseal designed joints and all seating areas were coated with a Neogard Pedagard elastomeric waterproof traffic system. The walls were then coated with a Neogard Neoflex elastomeric wall coating (for information on our Neogard products, please see Industrial Flooring page [LINK]). Today, the stadium is protected against leakage and deterioration, and will remain as such for years to come. Richmond Primoid has made similar repairs to the Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, Virginia and the Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
