THE PROBLEM
Take the case of
Pilgrim's Pride--the second largest poultry company in the United
States. We were asked to offer a solution for renovating a 4000 square
foot floor in the Tank and Chiller rooms of the company's Timberville Processing
Plant.
 There were two key
objectives--first, to prepare and install a top-of-the-line, non-skid

In order to minimize the impact on plant production, the floor was
stripped and cleaned starting early Saturday morning.
The first of two coats was then applied--a primer coat of Neogard
70714/15 broadcast with a medium grit silica. Then, a second finish
coat, again, using Neogard 70714/15. The result? A super-safe,
non-skid surface ready to go by noon Sunday.
